Given the nature of digital content with instant availability upon purchase, refunds will not be available under any circumstance except for duplicate purchases. All video and video bundles clearly state details and descriptions about that item to give the customer a clear understanding of its content.

Physical Merchandise

Items purchased through our product store which require the shipment of merchandise are eligible for refunds up to the item being delivered.
